Your Kua number comes from your birth year and your sex. It gives you four good directions and four directions to avoid. Use this page to find the best direction for your desk, your bed, and your stove.

Kua 5 — Special Number
Kua 5 is the center number. It sits in the middle of the Lo Shu square, where no fixed trigram exists. Because of this, Kua 5 borrows directions from other numbers: men with Kua 5 use the directions of Kua 2. Women with Kua 5 use the directions of Kua 8. People with this number often find themselves at the center of important events — without planning it.
